🐾 A LITTLE REMINDER ABOUT RESPECTING APPOINTMENT TIMES 🐾

I feel like this needs to be said because it has already been a huge issue for me. As a small business owner, my time matters just as much as anyone else’s.

When you book an appointment, that time is reserved specifically for YOU and your dog. Please make an effort to arrive on time. Showing up late doesn’t just affect your appointment. It can throw off the rest of my day and impact other clients who have appointments scheduled after you.

And PLEASE, if you cannot make your appointment, communicate with me. Life happens, plans change, and I completely understand that. What isn’t okay is simply not showing up or not giving me any notice.

When you don’t show up, I’m not just losing an appointment. I’m losing income for time that I could have offered to another client. I still have bills to pay, expenses to cover, and a business to run, even when someone doesn’t show up.

Please remember that booking an appointment is a commitment, not just a spot to hold in your calendar until you decide whether or not to show up.

I absolutely love what I do and appreciate every single person who supports my small business, but I also think it’s important to recognize that there is a real person behind this business who deserves the same respect and consideration that I give my clients.

Thank you to those of you who show up on time, communicate, and respect my business. It truly does mean more than you know. 🩵🐾

Thanksgiving is only 27 DAYS AWAY and Christmas is just 57 DAYS AWAY! 🦃🎄

That means it’s time to start thinking ahead and getting those grooming appointments booked! Whether your pups need a fresh haircut, a good bath or a deshed before the family gatherings, I want to help get them looking and feeling their best for the holidays! 🥰

As a one-woman show, my spots are limited, and the holiday season tends to fill up quickly! Please don’t wait until the last minute to reach out. 😉

🚨A LITTLE ANNOUNCEMENT FROM YOUR ONE-WOMAN SHOW 💜

I wanted to take a minute to share a little reminder and give you all a peek behind the scenes of running my own grooming business.

I’m the groomer, receptionist, bookkeeper, scheduler, cleaner, laundry lady 😂 and pretty much everything else that comes with running a business! As much as I love what I do, there are only so many hours in a day, and sometimes messages and comments may take me a little longer to get back to.

Some may not know but I am only 26 and this business is still very new to me. I’m learning, growing, and figuring things out as I go, all while trying my absolute hardest to give every single dog that comes through my doors the time, attention, and care they deserve. During business hours, my main focus is the pup currently in my salon. They deserve my full attention, and I want to make sure I’m giving them the very best experience I can. 🐶💜

Outside of work, I’m also a dog mom to FOUR dogs, have TWO cats of my own, and a foster pup who needs love and attention, too! 🐾❤️ Animals are such a huge part of my life, both personally and professionally, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. But just like everyone else, I have responsibilities and little lives depending on me outside of work, too.

I also try my best to keep my weekends as my days off. As much as I love my job and appreciate every single person who supports my small business, I have to give myself time to rest, recharge, spend time with my own animals and family, and enjoy life outside of work too. I’m learning that having a healthy balance is important, especially when you’re running a business all on your own.

Please know that if I haven’t responded to your message or comment right away, I’m not ignoring you! I promise I will get back to you as soon as I can. Your patience, kindness, and understanding mean more to me than you know.

Starting this business has been one of the most rewarding things I’ve ever done, and I’m beyond grateful for how much support I’ve received along the way. Every appointment, referral, kind word, and share helps my little business grow, and I truly couldn’t do this without you all.

Thank you for supporting me, giving me grace as I learn, and trusting me with your babies. I’m just one girl doing her very best to make this dream work while taking care of all the furry faces in my life, both inside and outside of my salon. 🩵🐾
