**Clifford's Army Rescue (C.A.R.E.)** and **Cleveland County Animal Services** are teaming up to bring Cleveland County pet owners TWO life-saving services — FREE of charge — all in one convenient location!

🐾 **FREE Microchip Clinic** *(hosted by C.A.R.E.)*
A microchip is the single most effective way to reunite a lost pet with their family. Quick, safe, and permanent — it takes just seconds and lasts a lifetime. C.A.R.E. will be on-site to microchip your dog or cat at no cost to you! (Veterinarian will be on site for chips. We have over 200 to provide to the public )

💉 **FREE Rabies Vaccine Clinic** *(hosted by Cleveland County Animal Services)*
Rabies vaccinations protect your pet, your family, and your community. Cleveland County Animal Services will be administering rabies vaccines on-site.

Cleveland County Animal Services is offering FREE rabies vaccinations for your pets at the upcoming Drive-Thru Rabies Clinic — and this year, it's more important than ever.

⚠️ Cleveland County has now confirmed 19 positive rabies cases, including one this week. Vaccinating your pet protects not just your family, but your neighbors and our entire community.

Rabies vaccinations are FREE for Cleveland County residents and required by NC state law for cats, dogs, and ferrets 4+ months old. Please keep dogs on a leash and cats secured in a carrier.
