Greetings on this soggy morning!
Saturday was an amazing day. We got a bit damp at the end, but we are nonetheless thankful--for our stellar judges Barbara Kahle and Jenny Old-Powell; hard-working staff; wonderful exhibitors, trainers, parents and helpers; great food (thanks Tammy, with help from Bubba at the grill!); everyone who contributed to the day, and of course, Leigh!
As always, we'd love to see your photos from the day. Thanks to those of you who've already shared yours!
We understand that things got dicey when the storm hit. If you had to load up sooner than expected and need to settle a total, simply call or text 804-286-2504 or email [email protected] and we'll take care of you.

Good morning, friends! What a beautiful day! We're counting on another beautiful day this Saturday for our VHSA Associate Horse Show. Judges are Barbara Kahle and Jenny Old-Powell, with start time 8:00 A.M. in the Jackson Arena, and 8:30 A.M. in the Pixi. Yummy concessions at the Snack Shack with Tammy. A Hunter Derby in each arena!
Pre-entries accepted through 9:00 P.M. tonight, online, via email, or through Messenger.

POSTPONED!

Friends, we hate to, but it's far too wet to safely host a horse show on Saturday, and with more rain in the forecast for this afternoon/evening, we feel we must postpone.
MAKE-UP DATE: Saturday, August 2. Same judges.
NEXT SHOW: Saturday, June 7.

Greetings, friends!
May 17 is right around the corner, and we're excited to welcome you to our third VHSA Associate Horse Show of the season. We're grateful for your support at our first two shows, and based on your feedback, we've tweaked our schedule:
Peter Pan Pony Hunter, Peter Pan Pony Pleasure, and Beginner Equitation have been eliminated due to lack of interest.
"A Little Extra" Equitation O/F 2', in the Pixi arena, was well received last time, so we'll offer it again, and we've added "Let's Trot On" Equitation Flat! Think Equitation on the Flat, but without the canter!
Start time 8:00 A.M in the Jackson Arena, with judge Tamara Wetherbee; 8:30 A.M. in the Pixi, with judge Tara Allen.
Tammy will preside over the Snack Shack, offering lots of goodies to chase away your hunger pangs!
Pre-entries accepted through 9 PM Wednesday, May 14. Prizelist link below.

NEWSFLASH!
In response to many requests, WE ARE ADDING A 2' EQUITATION CLASS in the Pixi Memorial Arena this Saturday, April 19!
Class #104, "A Litte Extra" Equitation, will take place following our Hopeful Hunter division, classes #76-77-78.
Updated prizelist link below. Still plenty of time to pre-enter!

NEWSFLASH! 18" HUNTER DERBY ADDED!

Greetings, friends! Our $100 Hunter Derby on March 29 was such a hit, we've added a $50 Hunter Derby in the Pixi Arena at 18" for April 19! Class 75, to follow Student Hunter. Open to riders of any age who are not competing higher than 18".
Pre-entries by any of the usual means, accepted through 9 PM Wednesday, April 16.

OVERWHELMED!
In the best way possible, that's how we'd describe our feelings about this past Saturday's incredible show. From the exhibitors, trainers, parents, and helpers, to the judges, staff, show grounds, Snack Shack--EVERYTHING was superlative in every way! Our hearts are full and thankful.
Not sure it can get any better, but let's try, on April 19! We love you all and hope to see you then!
