"Dear Mark, In the 'Olympics of Life' there is no competition: you receive the GOLD! The enclosed is an expression of my appreciation for the countless times you have opened jars, brought in packages, etc. etc. and, in addition, you carry out all these kindnesses with a 'fantastic' attitude!
