Hey everyone, I've unfortunately had more than a few no-call no-shows lately, and I just want to express the importance of communication when it comes to missing your appointment!!! I cannot fill no-show appointments, so a simple text message letting me know you're going to be late would allow me to potentially rearrange my schedule so I can still accommodate your appointments. I send out 2 reminders- one week before your appointment and again 24hrs before your appointment. This should give ample time for you to let me know if you can't make it!!! I understand things can happen last minute, but I need to have some sort of communication if it does. ***Failure to communicate will result in a no-show fee of 50% of your groom price!*** I do try to be as flexible as possible, but I simply cannot keep missing out on these $100+ grooms... I appreciate your understanding, and as always, thank you all for choosing The Diva Dog 🥰🐶

‼️‼️‼️Hey everyone! Just wanted to mention that I've had a few spots on my schedule open up here recently and I'm now looking to fill them! These spots are ONLY available for clients who stay on a regular schedule, as I am not able to accommodate dogs who are groomed 1-2 times a year at this time.
