We are finally home!!! I really appreciate everyone's patience so far... It was a very exciting and eventful week, with Jynx achieving a new Personal Best time of 7.59 seconds, and was awarded Best of Breed! 🥳 Now we are finally HOME and catching up on rest, so anyone who has tried to reach out the last few days will hear from me tomorrow!! 😊

Hey everyone!! Just a quick announcement while I finally have a moment to breathe.. 😅 The salon is currently CLOSED until 10/22 as I am out of town! Jynx and I drove all the way up here to Wilmington, Ohio yesterday for this year's FastCAT Invitationals 🥳🥳🥳

That being said, I ask that everyone please be patient with me, as I will not be able to return messages at LEAST until the weekend. I am operating as a One Woman Show, as per usual, and will have very little time to spare this week. I appreciate each and every one of you for your support and understanding during this time 🤗 I love you all, and will be right back into the groove of things by next week!

Hey everyone, I've unfortunately had more than a few no-call no-shows lately, and I just want to express the importance of communication when it comes to missing your appointment!!! I cannot fill no-show appointments, so a simple text message letting me know you're going to be late would allow me to potentially rearrange my schedule so I can still accommodate your appointments. I send out 2 reminders- one week before your appointment and again 24hrs before your appointment. This should give ample time for you to let me know if you can't make it!!! I understand things can happen last minute, but I need to have some sort of communication if it does. ***Failure to communicate will result in a no-show fee of 50% of your groom price!*** I do try to be as flexible as possible, but I simply cannot keep missing out on these $100+ grooms... I appreciate your understanding, and as always, thank you all for choosing The Diva Dog 🥰🐶

These spots are ONLY available for clients who stay on a regular schedule, as I am not able to accommodate dogs who are groomed 1-2 times a year at this time.
