When my gut starts feeling "off", I love being able to walk outback, pull some fresh ginger and tumeric, boil that up with my spiced hibisucs tea blend (hibiscus, cloves, cinnamon), a pinch of black pepper and some local honey for a homemade gut helping tea!

A quick and easy way to get the house smelling like FALL!
Stovetop simmer pot!
~ Rosemary sprigs, Lemon Basil leaves, cinnamon sticks, whole clove and allspice and some orange peel with water. Bring to boil then turn down to simmer and let sit!

If you ordered our new Apple Pie Focaccia, you are in for a treat!!! We sold out of our planned bake, so, we had to make a few more for the stand! We will include a side of extra drizzle/dip with each one!
