Not every autistic person experiences the world the same way.

For many autistic individuals, solitude, predictable routines, and quiet environments can provide comfort and reduce sensory overwhelm. Sometimes, having space to recharge is exactly what they need. 🧩💙

Understanding begins when we respect their individual needs instead of expecting everyone to be the same.

The feeling is hard to put into words because it’s more than a place—it’s a feeling of joy, peace, and being exactly where you’re meant to be: in the country, surrounded by kids and horses. Equessense is truly a magical place. Any donation is appreciated. Options in the comments. 🐴
