Palivu’s adventure to NPP Kirkland ft. Dog Cat Star lickables.

Growing puppies need a lot of nourishment during some of the fastest stages of development in their lives.

At Natural Pet Pantry, our raw and gently cooked foods are made with fresh meat, organs, and whole food ingredients designed to provide naturally occurring nutrients in a form dogs are meant to digest and utilize.

Over the years, we’ve watched thousands of puppies grow up on our food, and one thing we consistently notice is how important proper nourishment is during growth stages. Healthy muscle development, steady energy, shiny coats, and smaller stools are all things many pet parents commonly notice when feeding fresh food.

One thing that surprises many new puppy owners is just how much food growing dogs actually need. Puppies are constantly growing, and nutrient-dense meals play a big role in supporting that development.

For puppies, we often recommend: • Rotating between poultry and red meats • Feeding based on expected adult size, not current size • Adding raw meaty bones like duck or chicken necks a few times a week for natural calcium support and enrichment

After more than 25 years of feeding fresh food to dogs and cats, we still believe there’s something special about keeping nutrition simple and rooted in real food.
