Chicagoland Dog Rescue is teaming up with Sew Hop'd brewery this Saturday for our very first Barktober Fest — an afternoon of fun, fundraising, and furry friends!

📍 Sew Hop’d Brewery — One Union Special Plaza, Suite 113, Huntley, IL

Enjoy craft beers, a delicious food truck, and meet some adorable adoptable dogs. We’ll also have 50/50 split-the-pot and raffle baskets.

Raise a glass and help support CDR — every pint helps us cover vet bills and supplies for our rescue pups.

I’m respectful, calm when needed, and always ready to nap near you while you binge your favorite shows. Whether we’re out on an adventure or just hanging on the couch, I’ll be right by your side.

Meet your new best friend, Mongo! 🐶

Hi, I’m Mongo and already a huuuge Bears fan! Looking for a boy to watch the game with you? Count me in! My foster Mom tells me I’m the sweetest boy and a love bug. Seriously the biggest softie. I sleep through the night with my 3 other dog/foster siblings, I don’t mind the car and I just love laying next to my foster Mom. I am still getting used to a crate and potty training is a work in progress but I’m getting the hang of it. I generally stand by the door and whimper when I realize I have to potty. I cannot wait to meet my forever home and show them how sweet and gentle I can be.
