Chicagoland Dog Rescue Chicagoland Dog Rescue is a 501(c)(3) Not-for-Profit Rescue Organization Our mission is to rescue "Any breed, Any size, Any age, Any reason."

Chicagoland Dog Rescue (CDR) is a 501(c)(3) shelter-less dog rescue 100% run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are in foster homes, but we do board some dogs we take in at vets when necessary.

Spud is just 6 weeks old and was picked up as a stray and not claimed☹️
We have no idea what his mix might be, but we do know he is adorable.

We have another awesome adoption to announce!

Ernie has been adopted!! He joins the Orlowski family and now has 3 new dog siblings and 2 new cat siblings. His new mom owns and operates a daycare, so Ernie will be able to join her at work. Ernie was rescued from a hoarding situation last year where he was found in a shed with 40 other dogs. CDR was able to rescue him when we had a long-term foster step up to foster him.

Hi, I’m Brynn! I may have a frosty face, but don’t let that fool you—I’ve still got plenty of pep in my step! I’m a sturdy, playful girl with gorgeous tiger stripes and a heart full of love. I enjoy playing with other pups and soaking up some cozy cuddle time.

I’m house trained, spayed, and up to date on all my shots—ready to go to my forever home! If you’re looking for a loyal, loving companion who’s got the perfect mix of play and chill, I’m your girl.

Hi, I’m Toby! I’m a sweet, smart pup who loves both people and other dogs. I have lots of furry friends I play and cuddle with, and I’m always up for belly rubs and kisses!

I already know my name, can sit, stay, and—I’m potty trained! I do great in my crate when my foster family is away and sleep well through the night. I’m learning leash skills, love playing outside, and even enjoy car rides.

I’m a happy little guy looking for my forever home—if you want a loving, playful companion, I’m your pup!
