Hi, I'm Poker. I was found abandoned with three of my siblings on Woodbine and Cook Road in St. Joseph, Missouri. Someone called the shelter and although it took a while, we were finally rescued. We had no idea we needed rescuing. We thought we were all playing a fun game. We are all fun-loving, friendly, and ready to find our new homes. We'd make great family pets or do well one-on-one with you. We are bound to go fast so don't think about it too long; let's start the rest of our lives together!

My name is Charlie. I had a pretty close call. I was rescued after being hit by a car! I was very lucky to only have some bruising. I am a quiet fella that enjoys being pet and loved on. I'm not pushy so I wait patiently to be noticed. I can be overlooked because of that. I have the cutest little white mustache! You don't see cats with mustaches every day. Hi, I'm Roady. I was running around on the streets and before I could be rescued I was hit by a car. It turned out I only had a broken femur. I was lucky that day because it could have been so much worse. I'm all healed up and now I'm waiting for a friend or family who will take me in and watch out for me. I'm a friendly and fun-loving boy. Come give me a look, you won't regret making me yours!

My name is Gargamel. I am shy with new people, but I do enjoy being pet once I get to know you. I just need a patient person to give me some time to settle in and get comfortable in my new home and then I will be out and about enjoying the good life. My fur is unusual as I look all black until you get close and you will see I have lots of white hairs scattered throughout. And they say all black cats look alike. Hmph, I disagree. We're all unique in our own way.

My name is Oscar. I was trapped and brought to Angels to be euthanized by a person in my former neighborhood. Why you ask? I was fussing with their outside cat. They wanted to kill me rather than keep their cat indoors. Seriously?! Well, I came out on the winning end of that deal. Living inside with plenty to eat, soft beds to sleep on, lots of loving and not having to fight to survive is absolutely fine by me. Being adopted will be the happiest ending I could ever hope for!

My name is Kit. I was found as a stray and brought to M'Shoogy's to get me off the streets and in a safe place. I am admittedly a chunky monkey. Big, beautiful with a bit of a cattitude. I am just outspoken. I speak my mind and let you know what I like...or don't. I'm not shy, but I'm not pushy either. I'm not overly fond of other cats, but would do fine in a home with another one. I would do well as the only cat too. Life isn't perfect and neither am I. We all have quirks, that's what makes things interesting. It would be boring if we were all the same. Love me for who I am, and I will do the same for you. Let's be perfect for each other!
