Getting your pup ready for summer involves a few key steps to ensure they stay healthy, comfortable, and safe! ☀️🐾

5 tips to get your pup summer ready:

Watch hydration: Make sure your dog has access to fresh, cool water at all times. Carry a portable water bowl during walks or trips. Offer hydrating treats like ice cubes.
Adjust exercise: Exercise your dog early in the morning or late in the evening when temperatures are cooler. Keep an eye out for excessive panting, drooling, or lethargy, which are signs your dog needs a break.
Grooming and coat care: Brush your dog regularly to remove excess fur and reduce the risk of overheating. For dogs with thick coats, trimming can help them stay cool, but avoid shaving as their fur protects them from sunburn and heat.
Protect paws: Walk your dog on grass or shaded paths to prevent burns from hot pavement. If it's too hot for your hand, it's too hot for their paws. Apply sunscreen to areas with less fur, like the nose and ears, to prevent sunburn. Use pet-specific sunscreen labeled safe for dogs (often zinc oxide–free and fragrance-free).
Safe activities: Ensure there's a shaded area for your dog to rest when outside. Consider a doggie pool for them to splash in and cool down. Use veterinarian-approved flea and tick preventatives to protect against parasites.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions on various brand-wide systems, including the CRM, G-Suite, Twilio, LearningZen and DogStar DMS
• Document and communicate user account details per franchise to the billing department for accurate Tech Fee billing
• Provide support on user system issues as they arise
• Manage various pilot and Beta programs to improve systems as needed, identifying key regional participants, and gathering feedback to determine a brand-wide fit
• Plan, develop, and conduct individual and group training related to brand-wide systems
• Monitor system production to ensure compliance and quality
• Develop documents and videos for automated system procedures, manuals, and requirements
• Promote a culture of feedback and communication as we work to improve processes
• Help identify process improvements
• Help implement process changes
• Create, enhance, and improve various documents and videos on a bi-lingual scale
• Coordinate projects with other team members as needed

Salary: $44,000 with potential increase after 90-day review
