First, we would like to sincerely thank each of you for your loyalty and support over the years. We truly appreciate the trust you place in us to care for your pets.
As we continue to navigate a rapidly changing economy, the cost of operating our business has increased significantly. To remain sustainable and continue providing the high-quality services you expect, we must make adjustments to our pricing. These changes will allow us to maintain the quality of our grooming services, invest in continuing education and training, and keep our shop updated so we can provide the best possible experience for your pets.
Effective June 8, 2026, we will be implementing a new pricing structure. We have chosen to use a price range model, which provides greater flexibility based on your dog's size, coat condition, behavior, and grooming needs. This approach allows us to more accurately price services for each individual pet rather than placing them into broad categories that may not properly reflect the time and care required. Since every dog is unique, this pricing model helps ensure a fair and customized approach. For example, many doodles previously fell between size categories, and this new structure will allow us to price those grooms more appropriately.
