📅 Appointment Reminder & Cancellation Policy
Reminders:
72 hours before: First reminder (Confirm with Y or Cancel with N)
48 hours before: Second reminder (if no response to first)
Day before: Final reminder (sent regardless of status)
Confirmations & Cancellations:
Confirm or cancel via reminder text.
To reschedule, text the shop directly at (518) 350-4589 — do not use the automated system.
Late Arrivals:
Please notify us if you're running late.
Arrivals 15+ minutes late without notice may be marked as a no-show and require rescheduling.
No-Show Policy:
1st No-Show: Free
2nd No-Show: 50% of service total due before rebooking
3rd No-Show: Prepayment + 50% no-show fee
4th No-Show: May result in termination of services
New clients who no-show may not be rebooked.
Discretion: We reserve the right to waive fees or no-show marks as needed.
