Due to some great life changing opportunities Sarasota Urban Farms will be closing up shop as of the 1st of the month all mushrooms will be discounted from here until the end of the month and all equipment will be going up for sale soon we have loads of microgreen equipment and mushroom growing equipment for sale in box for any information on equipment thanks everyone for your support it's been a fun and very educational time in my life but that itch has been scratched on to opening an hvac business for me

Had the pleasure of dining at Brine seafood and raw bar this weekend and my oh my was it lovely. Pictured below is Oak grilled USDA prime filet mignon topped with a crab cake, grilled asparagus and celery root puré the plate is garnished with our amaranth!

Get it at Sage Sarasota! seared duck breast with truffle, foie gras sauce,stilton pomme duchess and spring onion confit. Garnished with our purple Vienna kohlrabi.
