In my work with horses, I have come to find that horses respond to clarity, and clarity only comes when we stop forcing and start allowing. The moment we push, brace, or insist, something closes, and we create even more resistance. When we soften, something opens.
Horses are incredibly sensitive to energy. They can feel even the slightest shift. By simply observing them, how they interact with one another, how they resolve conflict without holding onto it, and how they naturally return to harmony, we begin to remember something essential within ourselves.

I believe horses are more than teachers. But that they are also partners in a community built on collaboration, connection, and belonging.

I believe that like a herd, our community is built on shared wisdom. Everyone is both a teacher and a student, and every horse, every person, and every experience has something meaningful to offer🩷🩷

I love movement. When I move, I feel alive. I feel present. I feel connected. And with Valiente, movement has always been the place where we find each other most deeply.

There are moments when his vibration and mine meet, when we move together, not as two separate beings, but in resonance. No forcing. No following. Just feeling, listening, and moving as one.

I am deeply in love with movement, resonance, and Valiente. ❤️

Dreaming!!! The barn and the arena are starting to get back into shape. Reviving what it was 30 years ago!!! So grateful for the magic this place holds! So excited to see what is to come!!
