Los Angeles. Near Lincoln Heights off 5 fwy.
Someone saw this kitty who looks very malnourished. They left food but couldn't take it with. Needs rescue. We can not take in any more cats right now. Kitty needs to be trapped and a rescue in place.
Please do not instruct us what to do.. or who to call. Clearly you are welcome to do those things. This is just a courtesy post and we will provide contact info to a reputable rescuer.

About time this inhumane procedure was banned!
