Welcome to Anemone season! ✨ Did you know these ethereal beauties are rooted in Greek mythology?
Legend says red anemones grew from the tears of Aphrodite, but the word itself comes from Anemos, the Greek word for wind (which is why they are called Windflowers!)
I’m really drawn to how they’re so top-heavy and those deep, dark centers that create such a moody contrast against the delicate petals.
