The month of May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Fishkeeping has been proven to be good for your mental health. The act of observing an aquarium reduces stress and anxiety, lowers blood pressure, and can even combat feelings of loneliness and depression. Come in and pick out a new fish or piece of coral to enjoy! We can also help guide new hobbyist's with setting up a beautiful saltwater aquarium.
