Have you ever dreamed of getting up close and personal with some of the cutest, most mischievous little creatures on the planet?! 😍

Well, here’s your chance!

Niagara Downunder is opening up PRIVATE, ON-SITE OTTER ENCOUNTERS, and we’re ready to make some unforgettable memories with YOU! ❤️

🐾 30 MINUTES OF OTTER MAGIC!

💰 $250 for your ENTIRE GROUP!

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Up to 5 people!

That’s right! You’re booking the entire encounter, NOT paying per person!

Want to come all by yourself and have the otters all to yourself? GO FOR IT! Want to bring four friends or family members? EVEN BETTER!

Whether you bring 1 person or 5, the total is $250. How you divide the cost among your group is completely up to you!

These are limited private encounter slots, and once they’re booked, they’re GONE!

🦦 IMPORTANT OTTER ENCOUNTER RULES — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING!

✅ Ages 12 and older ONLY. Guests ages 12–17 must be accompanied by a paying adult who is part of the group. No exceptions to the minimum age.

✅ Come empty-handed! Please do NOT bring food, drinks, toys, treats, personal belongings, or gifts for the otters into the encounter. We provide everything needed!

✅ No spectators! Everyone attending must be included in your booked group of up to five people. There are no additional guests or spectators permitted.

✅ We are NOT a public zoo! Niagara Downunder is a private exotic animal facility. Your reservation is for your scheduled otter encounter ONLY.

✅ No roaming the grounds! Guests are not permitted to explore the property, visit other animals, or wander around before or after their encounter.

✅ We are located in Sanborn, NY. You will get the exact address upon booking and paying your deposit.

✅Arrive just 5 minutes before your scheduled encounter! Please do NOT arrive earlier. Parking is limited, and we need to keep the area clear for our scheduled guests.

✅ Follow all staff instructions. Our otters are living animals with their own personalities, and their comfort, safety, and well-being always come first!

And before the dog lovers come for us, hear us out!

Otters hold hands. They wrestle. They steal things. They throw tantrums. They have absolutely ZERO respect for personal space.
