"Cha Cha" aka Charlie is loving getting to go swimming. She is our bohemoth. She is like a hippo in the water BUT hopefully with a few more lessons she'll be getting off the big dock. Her confidence is improving and she gets excited to get in the water!

Kia's family is really hurting after losing her. They also took Wiko years ago. Both were adored and cherished. They brought them everywhere and they were so so loved and well taken care of in their last years. This couple is in their 80's, they love the nature of our dogs and how well behaved they are. And they prefer older trained dogs that want to go on all their car rides.

So Paul and I chatted and after we discussed letting them have Miss V. It wasn't an easy decision because she is such a great girl. She gets along with everyone and such a sweetie. She has never had a bad day. Just super happy dog. We love her dearly and we never planned on having her go anywhere. I had to really convince Paul. She is probably one of his favorite girls.

But if she can be spoiled, loved, and go on daily car rides wouldn't that be best for Miss V? Wouldn't she just absolutely love that. She deserves it! She deserves to live out her years being doted on and getting a McDonald's cheeseburger while she's out with them on a Sunday drive or going to the car show.

You need to love them enough to look beyond your own feelings, wants, and needs.
They met her yesterday. They of course loved her because who doesnt love Miss V. So we get to spend the weekend with her. She will be picked up Monday. Bonus they live about 15 minutes away and always stop by to say hi !

She was also Kia's best friend so it will help them heal and she will live out her years spoiled, adored, and did i say spoiled.

Again hard decision and we will be sad, but happy for her!
