My new 2025 Trainer's Workbook will be available in two weeks.

Do you want to teach your class all the signs in one session? I've done the work for you to ensure this happens.

These sessions teach all of the signs in the class you choose to teach - Novice, Advanced (Intermediate), Excellent, Master (Choice).

This Workbook gives you courses for teaching all classes, including combination classes. These courses have been designed making them very user friendly and to "scale". All of the handouts from my previous workbooks have been rewritten and there are many more “Notes” after sign descriptions to help handlers with individual signs.

Join us for our next session of Dog Sports beginning the week of August 11-15. We are at Furrtropolis on Bascom Ave. and Metro Ed on Branham Ln., both in San Jose CA. Some of our classes are Online classes, so please check them all out.

--We are offering another combination CGC/Trick Dog Novice Prep class this next next session.
--We also have both Rally (all signs) and Obedience (BN, Nov, Open).
--Our Manners (Basic or Intermediate) are very popular
--We just began offering Flyball Foundation classes.
--Our Rat classes are also popular. Both Intro to Rat Sports and Urban Challenge Games (outdoors)
--Our Online classes are Advanced or Competition Scentwork and Next Steps in Freestyle (dancing with dogs)

Clarification on AKC Rally Sign #303. HALT - Recall over Jump - Finish - About Turn - Forward.
"The dog must finish" is a Principal part of this exercise.
It is an IP if the dog does not do a finish.
Also, the handler must do an about turn, which is a turn to the right.

Town and Country Dog Training Club, Inc. is offering a CGC class that combines CGC with Novice Tricks. You will be able to get both titles in this class at the end of 6 weeks. The Novice Tricks class needs to have 10 tricks performed for that title. With the CGC title, it only requires 5 more tricks to get that AKC Novice Tricks title. Classes begin June 19.

If you want to learn AKC Rally from the very beginning through the very end, these books are for you. They gives you 18 & 19 lessons respectfully. You will begin with Novice and work through Advanced in the first book. You will work through Excellent through Master & Choice in the second book.

Lessons have lots of links, courses to practice, descriptions/videos of signs used, and lots of helpful hints.

These book are taken from monthly Articles I have written for Front and Finish Magazine https://frontandfinish.com/ in the past few years, which covers all of the AKC Rally signs in these two books.

These e-books give you or your trainer the necessary tools to learn/teach Rally signs for all classes including courses. Intermediate signs are the same as Advanced signs, except there is no jump ( #103) in the Intermediate class.

By the time you finish both books, you will have learned ALL of the AKC Rally signs along with an enormous amount of helpful information to help you be successful on this Rally journey. The Jumps are introduced in lesson 18 of the first book.
