🚨 URGENT: 3 DOGS NEED HELP BEFORE FRIDAY, MAY 8 🚨

Kane was adopted.

We are urgently asking for help for Kane, Dorothy, and Panda at San Diego Animal Control in San Diego, Texas.

These dogs are currently at risk of euthanasia on Friday, May 8 if rescue, foster, or adoption is not secured in time.

This is heartbreaking to post, but we want to be honest about the reality we are facing. We do not have enough space or resources. Right now, this shelter is operating with only the Animal Control Officer and one volunteer, and the need is greater than what can be managed alone.

Kane and Dorothy came in in very poor condition, with severe hair loss and flea allergy-related skin issues. They have improved so much and now look amazing. Seeing them come this far only to still face euthanasia is devastating.

Panda is also still waiting and urgently needs a safe exit.

Please understand: this post is not meant to attack anyone or the city. This is the result of limited resources, limited space, and an overwhelming need. We are simply trying to get these dogs seen before it is too late.

🚨 PANDA IS STILL HERE — HER EUTHANASIA DATE IS APPROACHING 🚨

Panda urgently needs a rescue, foster, or adopter before May 8, 2026.

She is a beautiful 2-year-old female Heeler mix at San Diego Animal Control in San Diego, TX. Panda has the prettiest speckled coat, alert ears, and such a sweet face. Her intake notes say she is good with people, other dogs and puppies and she has been waiting for someone to give her a safe exit.
