Here’s a few photos showing the difference between a properly done skull and a poorly done skull. One skull took me 4 hours from start to finish and the other took me several months to finish.
When boiling and pressure washing skulls you degrade the collagen that’s in the bone and cook grease deep inside the bone. It might look good at first but with time the skull will yellow up and sometimes even begin to break down and flake.
It sure takes awhile to do it right and takes plenty of patience but I hope y’all understand that I’m trying to give y’all, my customers, the absolute best work I can provide that will last you for years and years to come. Thanks to all who have brought me in heads this year I truly appreciate it, God Bless!
