Why do groomers have so many different tools? From top to bottom: 
* The blue, Zoom groom, is used on all types of coats to get the water saturated to the skin and distributing the shampoo. 
* The slicker brush is used when the dog is full of suds to remove loose hair.
* The green curry brush is used to scrub the Pups feet and in between the toes.
* The straight metal comb is used for long coated dogs. That is also best use when the dog is soaking, full of suds.
* The purple curry brush is thicker and could be used to scrub the flat coated dogs like Chihuahuas & Boxers.
* The green plastic curry brush is used to scrub the face and ears. 
Remember to rinse your dog thoroughly so the rinse water has no shampoo making bubbles in the basin.
