Working with dogs has taught me to be patient and not to come to quick judgments. Each dog has its own personality, fears, and ways of learning. I’ve realized that taking the time to understand them leads to better communication and trust. This lesson has not only improved my relationship with dogs but also with people, reminding me that patience and empathy are key in any interaction.

Trabajar con perros me ha enseñado a ser paciente y a no hacer juicios apresurados. Cada perro tiene su propia personalidad, miedos y formas de aprender. Me he dado cuenta de que tomarse el tiempo para comprenderlos conduce a una mejor comunicación y confianza. Esta lección no solo ha mejorado mi relación con los perros, sino también con las personas, recordándome que la paciencia y la empatía son clave en cualquier interacción.

We are facing an all-time low in San Antonio when it comes to educating dog owners. This heartbreaking incident is the result of reckless and heartless actions. These dogs were shot and dumped on the side of the road just south of San Antonio.

People need to understand that when you don’t educate your dogs, keep them busy, or keep them in a well-managed area or fenced space, they escape or run away. This causes problems for neighbors and even gives others an excuse to take matters into their own hands.

Estamos enfrentando un punto más bajo en San Antonio en cuanto a la educación de los dueños de perros. Este desgarrador incidente es el resultado de acciones imprudentes y sin corazón. Estos perros fueron baleados y abandonados en la orilla de la carretera, al sur de San Antonio.

La gente necesita entender que cuando no educas a tus perros, no los mantienes ocupados o no los mantienes en un área bien gestionada o cercada, ellos se escapan o huyen. Esto causa problemas para otros vecinos e incluso les da a otros una excusa para tomar la justicia en sus propias manos.

I had the great opportunity to be interviewed on Univision Channel 41 San Antonio alongside Texas State Senator José Menéndez and attorney Shawn C. Brown. We discussed the recent tragic dog attacks that resulted in the loss of a child and a veteran in San Antonio, TX.
I believe it was a productive conversation, where I suggested implementing education for prospective dog owners before purchasing or adopting a dog, particularly when it comes to powerful breeds.

Tuve la gran oportunidad de ser entrevistado en Univision Canal 41 San Antonio junto al Senador del Estado de Texas, José Menéndez, y el abogado Shawn Brown. Discutimos los recientes ataques trágicos de perros que resultaron en la pérdida de un niño y un veterano en San Antonio, TX.

Creo que fue una conversación productiva, en la que sugerí implementar educación para futuros dueños de perros antes de comprar o adoptar uno, especialmente cuando se trata de razas poderosas.

**$650 General Obedience Program**

This program covers essential commands and behaviors, including:

- Sit
- Stay
- Down
- Place
- Walking without pulling
- Plus, one week of socialization
(The training leash -$40 leash is included in the price)

The program consists of four one-hour sessions, each spaced a week apart. After completing the fourth session, your dog will stay with me for a week of socialization, during which I will reinforce everything we’ve worked on.

I structure the program this way because, through years of experience, I’ve learned that the best trainer for any dog is its owner. It’s important for YOU to understand your dog's needs and be actively involved in the training process to build a strong, lasting relationship.

**Programa de Obediencia General - $650**

Este programa cubre comandos y comportamientos esenciales, incluyendo:

- Sentado
- Quieto
- Echado
- Lugar
- Caminar sin tirar de la correa
- Además, una semana de socialización
(Una correa de ir cuesta $40 para entrenar el perro está incluido en el precio)

Yo Yo is going back home today. This dog tried to attack me several times when first met her. I’m very happy with the goals my pack and I accomplished.
