I’d like to take a moment to respectfully address a few things regarding a recent mixed review we received. First, I truly appreciate all feedback—positive or constructive—as it helps us grow and serve our clients better.
The review mentioned that the dog still smelled great and felt soft after the groom, which I’m glad to hear! The only concern raised was the grooming time—specifically that the appointment took 35 minutes instead of an hour.
I want to clarify that when it comes to grooming, there is no fixed time frame. A groom can take anywhere from 15 minutes to over an hour depending on the dog’s coat, temperament, and needs. In this case, your pet was extremely well-behaved, which allowed me to work efficiently without compromising quality.
Additionally, please keep in mind that we are a mobile service operating in 90–100° heat. While our unit is air-conditioned, we don’t have all the luxuries or setup of a grooming shop. This means I work swiftly—but always safely—putting the pet’s comfort first.
Every pet that enters my grooming unit receives personalized, one-on-one care.
I always tell my clients: I can never guarantee a specific time, because anything can happen. But I will always prioritize safety, comfort, and the highest standard of care. If I can complete a full, quality groom in 35 minutes, especially in this weather, that’s a win for both your pet and for me.
