Courtesy post for Northshore Humane Society their director of operations reached out for help with this sweet special boy, Zion. This is his story 🥹 please help share this boy so this adorable boy can find his forever placement!! His face just melts my heart 😭😍

Zion came to us as a young puppy after suffering a devastating attack by another dog that left him with partial hind limb paralysis. He was in constant pain, unable to walk normally, and facing an uncertain future. Thanks to the incredible team at Resurge Veterinary Specialists, Zion underwent life-changing spinal surgery and has been making remarkable progress ever since. Today, Zion is regaining movement, building strength, and continuing his rehabilitation through daily physical therapy exercises. He uses a wheelchair and stroller as needed while he continues to recover, and he has shown incredible determination every step of the way.

Zion has been thriving in a dedicated foster home, where he has received the consistency and care he needed to begin healing. Unfortunately, his foster is starting veterinary school and is no longer able to care for him. We are now urgently searching for a placement that can provide the specialized care, and environment Zion needs to continue his recovery. A shelter setting is simply not the right place for a young dog with his medical and rehabilitation needs.

This past weekend I met “Yuki” government name Yukon and immediately fell in love with his adorable face. 🥹
His foster parents are fostering through SNIPSA and he was so cute I had to share him!
Believe it or not this sweet boy is roughly 4 years old!! He’s fully grown too 😍 foster mom and dad say he is the sweetest pup and is almost potty trained! Someone left him outside a business in a kennel before he was taken in through SNIPSA. I have foster mom and dad’s email for anyone interested in learning more about him! Let’s share this sweet boy and find him his forever home!!

Ok rescue community someone reached out to me for help with this boy. The owners are wanting to rehome him and cannot provide the care this boy desperately needs. They are willing to neuter him and have transportation to take him to get vaccines and seen by a vet for his skin condition.
He is a 3-4 male Rottie unaltered
Sweet and playful demeanor but needs to be the only animal in the home.
I’m hoping to help raise some funds so we can get him seen by a vet and on his road to a happy healthy life. If you think you can help please comment or send me a message!

Excuse the poor quality of this video, I had to zoom in from across the house because I didn’t want to miss this. Arya was deep in sleep and something momentarily woke her up, but obviously her brain was still snoozin’. We’ve all been there before, or at least I know I have 😂😅

From hoarding horrors to looking for her forever home, meet Daisy!

😍 Meet Daisy, MySA's Pet of the Week!

The young pup is described as athletic, affectionate, friendly, protective, playful, curious, entertaining, energetic and as sweet as can be.

Daisy is selective with other dogs but has been going to Pup Pup and Away for training and socialization with other dogs. She prefers females over males and can be a tad bit shy when first meeting people.

Daisy is crate trained, does well on a leash, is potty trained and knows basic commands like "lay down" and "sit."

‼️‼️‼️Roo update! ‼️‼️‼️
Who remembers this shy boy from last summer?! He was left to fend for himself as a small pup in someone’s backyard when we first met him. The first adoption event we took him to he had a full blown panic attack. It took him months to come and sniff me and let me pet him without him running away. Now he’s crossing off some major milestones!

- cuddling with me on the couch! (I know this doesn’t seem like much, but this is HUGE for Roo Roo.)
- playing with lots of new dogs
- exploring areas of the house on his own
- ALMOST figuring out the doggy door
- not running away at every movement/loud noise
- meeting new people and coming up to sniff them out and say hello!
While he still has lots of work to do, he’s made some huge improvements from the first time we saw him.
Roo’s ideal home would have another dog, one who is patient and can help Roo adjust to new situations while allowing him to be playful! He LOVES dogs, big or small. His family will need to take things slow as he’s still a shy boy. He takes a little bit longer to warm up, but once he’s comfortable with you kiss your personal space goodbye! He’s going to want to be right by your side ♥️🥹
