Myself and the rest of Mountain Cavies Association are excited to invite all fellow cavy exhibitors to our upcoming show at the Utah State Fair on Sept 6th. 😁

Show includes:
🐹🐹 Double open ARBA/ACBA sanctioned cavy shows. (Judges: Robert Spitzer and Jason Whitehurst)
🦛🐖Two unrecognized breed/skinny pig & friend fun shows.
❤️ One guinea pig pet show
🥕A fun carrot eating contest.
🏆We also have some cool additional awards planned, such as Furthest Traveled Exhibitor and Most Promising Junior.

The show is in conjunction with the Beehive State Rabbit Breeder's Association shows and 4H events, so bring your rabbits along as well. 😉

Larvell & Josey are such an adorable example of how beautifully 2 boars can bond.
They haven't been together since infancy (7 months apart). One is a fuzzy teddy (born here), the other a nakey pig (rescue).
When introduced, Josey was about 7 months old, Larvell, 14 months.
They got along instantly & moved in together within 30 minutes. When you know, you know. They happily share a 4x2 habitat & have been partners for over 6 months.
Similarities? They are both *VERY* kind boys. Dominance or aggression isn't in either of their natures in any way.
Both had previously had roommates & were sadly separated through no fault of their own; they obviously missed having a friend.
Boar bonding isn't always doable but when it works out, it's wonderful! 💙🤗🌈

🎉 Happy 1st birthday Josey and Wyatt!! 🎂 The first, and probably only, babies born here. 🥰🥂 As of today we have no baby pigs under the age of 1. ❤🥳

I felt bad for little Stone Pony Wyatt, living alone in the dark bottom cage. 😥 So I gave him an addition, offering extra space and daylight. He definitely likes it! 💙🤗 HGTV, guinea pig edition. 😁🏡
