Dear Clients,
I am going through my list and will be contacting you all in the order you were cancelled. Please be patient with me as I have a lot of calls to go through.

If you have had your dog groomed by another groomer since the shut down you will lose your spot. Those who have waited the longest will be first priority. (I will know the difference)

Things will be a lot different now and for the foreseeable future as you know. Social distancing will be in place and strict protocol will need to be adhered to!

1. The door to the salon will be locked at all times. Please wait outside until we are ready for your pet.

2. Please put your dog inside the first set of doors, remove all collars and leashes and take these with you. I will contact you when your dog is ready and they will be placed back in that area for you to collect them. Please be back before your pet is ready.

3. Please place your cash or check payment in an envelope or ziplock bag. Place it inside the doors. Credit card sales are unavailable at the moment.

4. I always keep the salon clean as you know but extra deep cleaning will be completed in between dogs so please be patient.

5. Some dogs will be matted due to being overdue for their grooms because of the coronavirus and us having to close. I WILL NOT brush out excessive matting! Your dog will have to be clipped short! It will grow back, your dogs comfort and welfare is my first priority.

6. I have a slightly reduced number of appointments each day because of the extra cleaning in between dogs so please be patient.

7. If you or anyone in your household have any symptoms please let me know and I will cancel your appointment and reschedule for another time.

8. We are by appointment only, no walk-ins please.

All these precautions MUST BE adhered to to ensure your safety as well as my own.

We will be reaching out later this week to reschedule everyone who had an appointment scheduled during the shut down. Priority will go to those who have been waiting the longest.

We ask everyone to please be patient during this time, as we will be doing our best to accommodate everyone in a the safest way possible.
