On March 31st, our business will be closing its doors permanently. The building has been sold and we want to express our gratitude to all of our customers for their support during this transitional period. Hidden Gem Pet Resort has graciously open their door to us formally TM Kennels 202 Tyler St Methuen . I am reaching out to all of you please feel free to PM or text to my cell.

This comes with a heavy heart on March 30th Pet Inn is closing . The building has been sold and we can no longer rent our space. Amy and I would like to THANK all of our clients two and four legged for all there support, we consider each an every one of you family 💕🐾🐾

Hi everyone! We have been spending the past few weeks exploring our options and trying to sort out what our next steps will be. While there are still many unknowns, the good news for the time being is that the current building owner has agreed to continue letting us lease on a month to month basis until the sale of the building. We hope to utilize this extra time to help transition into what our next chapter has in store for us. In the event of any future changes to appointments already made we will notify via phone call and be in direct communication regarding those instances. Thank you to all for your continued support and care during this challenging time; we greatly appreciate you all and hope to continue pampering your beloved pets as long as possible!

To our valued clients:
It is with heavy heart to inform you that on February 10th, 2024 Pet Inn will be closing its door at 23 Jackson Street for a final time. After serving this wonderful community for over 50 years we were saddened to hear that the unexpected closure of the Pleasant Valley Animal Hospital means the end to an era of quality pet care impacting both the veterinary services and our grooming services. While our doors on Jackson Street will be closing please know we are doing everything possible to find and secure a suitable facility in the area so we will be able to continue to provide exceptional services to our valued clients. We will be as transparent as possible in regards to the logistics of our next steps in the process of securing a new location to ensure that your beloved pets will be clean and well pampered in the foreseeable future. Please be advised, we will be in touch with all clients with appointments AFTER February 10th to confirm and provide update of appointment details. Thank you to all our clients for all your continued support and loyalty for 50 years and counting!
