Just a few reminders:

I currently maintain a cancellation list for spots that become available. Our booking link is also available for your convenience; please check it regularly as appointment availability can vary. Our booking system allows clients to book and cancel appointments, and availability can change frequently.

If you need to change an appointment, please notify me in advance so we can explore alternative arrangements. Please note that availability is limited, and advance notice will be helpful.

I also offer turn-key services; if you have a prior commitment, I can ensure your pet receives the necessary care while you are away.

For clients with recurring schedules, please reach out if you have not received your schedule. I am working diligently to accommodate all requests, but I may have inadvertently missed some. If you already have a recurring schedule and wish to make changes, please note that it may not be possible due to existing commitments.

Recurring schedules for August to October will be sent out soon.

Please note that my schedule for August to October is currently unavailable for online booking. This is to ensure that all existing clients with recurring appointments or urgent needs are accommodated before I open the calendar to new bookings.

If I have missed your text or message, please resend your inquiry, and I will respond as soon as possible. Ryan is currently unavailable to take calls or texts due to his new job commitments (817-734-3624) is the best way to reach me. Please be persistent if you feel I have forgot or not responded in a timely manner!

Hey guys we are at the hospital awaiting the arrival of our baby neice from delivery. Tiffany is one tough mama and we know she is going to do great!!

We will be away from answering text messages or phone calls today and will be getting back to everyone as soon as possible.
Also we are still Currently working on getting the clients that we needed to reschedule due to bad weather in as well so we haven’t forgot y’all!

We appreciate you guys so much for all your love & support during this time as well as everything else. ❤️🥰🍼👶☺️😊

Hey guys! I just wanted to post a quick update for everybody. Ryan’s Aunt suddenly, passed away unexpectedly recently at the young age of 47 and it has thrown our entire family for a loop. On top of that, my sister Tiffany is no longer able to work with me since she is so close to her due date and also now at risk for preeclampsia.

These two huge factors combined with this cold spell has really set us back. Both our appointment scheduling and scheduled appointments have fallen behind. I wanted to let everybody know that we are doing our absolute best to get the schedule worked on and to make up appointments as soon as the weather permits! All calls and texts that have not been replied to are not being ignored or avoided; we are just maxed out right now and working diligently to respond to everyone.

Thank you to everyone who has reached out and for all of your patience working with me on our scheduling and appointments. We truly do appreciate it, and we are grateful to have such amazing clients.

Hey guys, just want to give everybody an update letting you know that we are still currently working on the schedules. 

While making the schedule I’ve done my absolute best to try to accommodate everybody while still maintaining a reasonable travel distance from stop to stop in order to try and help me run more timely and efficiently.

If you guys have any questions or questions about scheduling feel free to reach out.

If you haven’t got on a reoccurring schedule and you still want to get on a reoccurring schedule. Please feel free to reach out and I will be happy to add you to the list to get your schedule set for 2025.

We have also also added turn key service as an option for anyone who is comfortable with me going inside their home to pick up and bring back their pups for grooming while they are running errands or at work.
