It is with incredibly heavy hearts that we share the news of the passing of one of our long-time favorites, Moose.

Moose was the sweetest boy who truly lit up our shop every single time he walked through the door. He absolutely loved getting groomed, and his joyful spirit brought so much happiness to our entire team.

We are going to miss him dearly, but we take comfort in knowing he is free, happy, and running cross the Rainbow Bridge in doggy heaven with his brother, Remi. 🌈✨

Rest in peace, sweet Moose. You will always hold a very special place in our hearts. Please keep Moose’s family in your thoughts during this difficult time. ❤️

Behind the scenes of what "severely matted" really means. This is a solid pelt removed from a dog.

When a pup comes to us in this condition, it isn’t a standard haircut—it’s a precise, high-stakes process. Removing a pelt requires extreme precaution, specialized equipment, and extra time to ensure the pet stays safe and comfortable. We have to work slowly and carefully to avoid cutting skin that is pulled tight beneath the matting.

Because of the extra time, care, and wear on our equipment, please note that dogs coming in this condition will incur a price increase. The final cost will depend on the severity and the amount of work required to safely complete the groom.

Our priority will always be humanity over vanity, and your pet's safety comes first. 🐾❤️
