Round 2 of updates for the 2025 CA Craft Beer Summit! This is California’s largest craft beer conferences and we can’t wait to see everyone together in Irvine this November!
👉 Jamie Bogner, Co-founder and Editorial Director of Craft Beer & Brewing, will weave together analytics and storytelling, looking at the realities of the up and down market, with a focus on actual data. This opening keynote will be part interview and part presentation, with Julian Shrago, Co-Brewmaster and Director of Operations at Urban Roots Brewery & Smokehouse, guiding the conversation.
👉 Lallemand Brewing is bringing their Non-Alcoholic Sensory Analysis workshop to the U.S. for the first time. This hands-on workshop gives brewers the opportunity to identify the compounds responsible for the vegetal and off-flavors often associated with NA beers in a safe and guided environment to explore some of these complexities. Attendees will learn to recognize off-flavor compounds, understand their sources, and learn what you can do to mitigate them.
