As many know life has changed a lot the last few months for Megyn and I. We’re now expecting triplets in January and in the process of relocating to Michigan to further pursue my career in taxidermy along with guiding at Legends Ranch. So with that I regret to inform everyone that I will not be accepting anymore mounts this year. I want to thank everyone that allowed me the opportunity to work on their animals this last year and all of the support I’ve received in just a short time. If you have questions or need some guidance for mounts in the future please don’t hesitate to reach out.

A huge congratulations goes out to Josh Chappelow on this incredible Indiana giant. Coming in at a whopping 195 4/8” this is truly a once in a lifetime trophy. I couldn’t be more honored to have the opportunity to mount such a magnificent buck especially one coming out of my home town.

With only a few days left of fi****ms season I want to thank everyone that’s helped support my new business so far. You guys are killing it! I’m still continuing to take in mounts so please feel free to reach out if there’s anything I can do to help preserve your trophies! Quick reminder for anyone lucky enough to get a trophy this hunting season. Please do your taxidermist a favor and take your time skinning your trophy! If you’ve never done it or need help doing it give me a call and I’ll help you out. Please do not cut the throats to bleed out the deer, don’t cut farther than the end of the ribs when gutting and please don’t try to cape it off the head yourself. Below are some great references on the proper way to skin your trophy but please feel free to call if you need help. Happy hunting and stay safe everyone!!
