Introducing the newest little lady of Texas Howdy Doodles! 🤎🐾

Meet Ellie Mae, one of our future mamas! Not only is she absolutely beautiful, but her sweet, happy-go-lucky temperament reminds us so much of her incredible mama, Remi. We simply couldn’t imagine not carrying on a little piece of Remi in our program, and Ellie Mae is everything we could have hoped for!

And can we just talk about those legs?! 😂 Apparently, when you’re this cute, furniture rules don’t apply. Half couch, half coffee table, and 100% comfortable!

We can’t wait to watch this sweet girl grow! 🤍

Is your puppy suddenly acting like they forgot everything you taught them? You’re definitely not the only one wondering what happened. 😂 In my newest blog, I’m talking about why this happens, what puppy adolescence can look like, and how to help your puppy through it without feeling like you have to start all over again.

If you’re in this stage right now, this one is for you! 🐾

Have you ever looked at your puppy and thought, “Um, I thought you knew how to do this”?Here's one example: Maybe potty training had been going great for weeks, they were coming when you called, and you finally felt like everyone was settling into a good routine. Then suddenly, your puppy is sta...

A little play, a little exploring, and a whole lot of growing! 💤

Did you know that sleep helps support a puppy’s brain development, physical growth, and ability to learn? That’s why we believe downtime is just as important as all the fun activities and new experiences we introduce our puppies to.

And judging by this crew, I’d say they had a pretty full morning! 😂

UPDATE: Stetson, now Benny, has found the most amazing forever family. He just left with them and he is already so loved and rotten. 🥹

Meet STETSON! 🤎🐾

Oh, this boy! Stetson is one of those puppies who just makes you smile. He’s an F1 Standard Bernedoodle with the sweetest personality and such a wonderful balance of playfulness and affection.

He’s curious, loves to explore, and is always up for a little fun. But what I really love about Stetson is how connected he is to his people. Even when he’s off exploring, he naturally circles back to check in, looking for a little guidance or reassurance before heading off on his next adventure. That’s a pretty special quality to see in a puppy and one that can be such an asset when it comes to training!

He has a calm-to-medium energy level, loves a good play session, and is equally happy snuggling up next to you. He really is the best of both worlds!

And for those of you who have followed our Remi litters, you know just how amazing her puppies are! It’s not often we have one of her babies available this close to go-home day, so we’re pretty excited that another family will have the opportunity to bring home one of these incredible pups!

Stetson will be ready to head home October 16–18! Visit our website (link in bio) and fill out a puppy application for more info. 🙌🏻

We can’t wait to see who gets to call this sweet boy theirs! ❤️

Raising well-rounded puppies means preparing them for more than life in our nursery. We gently introduce sounds like fireworks and thunder while they play and relax, helping build confidence for the world they’ll encounter with their families. Follow along for the cute puppies and the purpose behind what we do! 🙌🏻

SIX WEEKS OLD! 🤎🐾

Six weeks of raising these babies, and I’m convinced we’re running a tiny puppy training academy over here. Only our students have four legs, occasionally fall asleep during class, and think biting their classmates is perfectly acceptable behavior. 😂

These little furballs have already been introduced to thunderstorms, vacuums, blenders, hairdryers, balance boards, crates, toddlers, hats, glasses, strange noises, new surfaces and about 47 other things I’ve probably forgotten. Basically, if it moves, makes noise, looks weird or requires a little bravery… we’re trying it!

And the potty box?? I have to brag on them for a second because this crew has it down to a FINE SCIENCE. 👏🏼 I’m pretty sure they’re a little ahead of the game on this one, and I am not complaining!

They’re getting more confident, curious and downright hilarious by the day, and their individual personalities are REALLY starting to shine.

Six weeks somehow flew by, and now we’re entering some of my favorite weeks with them. So much learning, so much growing… and SO much personality packed into these little faces.

Happy SIX WEEKS to our fur-babies!

FIVE weeks with these little nuggets. 🤎
And apparently they’ve decided they’re big kids now.

They’re manding like little pros, tackling barrier challenges, getting introduced to crates, and hearing all kinds of new sounds.

Next on the agenda… outside turf time. And I have a feeling they’re going to LOVE it. 😂

Keep an eye on our stories because this is when the really fun stuff starts.

Until then, here are some ridiculously cute faces to hold you over. And if one of these faces has you asking questions… my inbox is always open. 😉

Confidence isn’t something we just hope our puppies go home with. We work on it every single day. 🤎

At seven weeks, these little brains are taking in SO much, so we use playtime to safely introduce new sounds, surfaces, objects and experiences. The goal isn’t to make sure they’ll never be startled by something. It’s to help them learn how to experience something new and recover quickly… because life is going to throw a lot more at them than a leaf blower. 😂

Little exposures now. More confident pups later. 👏🏼
