Cher is the Atlanta Humane Society Pet of the Week.

Cher is a chatty, affectionate cat with a big personality and a talent for "singing" to her favorite people. Once she gets to know you, she's all about lap time, making biscuits, and soaking up attention, while still enjoying play sessions with her wand toy and the occasional burst of zoomies. Cher is also a laid-back companion who loves napping in sunny spots, lounging in a window hammock, or supervising her kingdom from a tall cat tower. While she may need a little time to warm up in new environments, she forms strong bonds with her people and makes an excellent work-from-home buddy. Cher would thrive in a home that respects her boundaries, offers patient introductions to new experiences, and understands that she's happiest when she's the one making the rules.

Shimmer is the Atlanta Humane Society Pet of the Week.

Shimmer is a sweet, cuddly senior girl looking for a loving family to relax with. She loves being around people, and her favorite part of the day is definitely nap time. She’s always happy to make new friends and will gently take treats from your hand because snacks are one of her favorite things. She may not be the most active these days, but she still enjoys carrying around a plush toy and spending some nice time outside on a leash. Shimmer is happiest living a cozy, laid back lifestyle filled with naps, affection, and her favorite people nearby.
