I have had quite a few customers ask me where we had our sweet Rachel groomed. Michele’s Pet Parlor in Rockwood - 32137 Fort st, Rockwood. 734-558-7301. Rachel had bad separation anxiety and Michele’s was the ONLY GROOMER that had compassion, patience, love and understanding for our sweet golden. When our Rachel died Michele was filled with tears at our news and sent us a card in the mail. You will not be disappointed in your pup’s experience at Michele’s Pet Parlor.

Hello, I am writing to address a matter of importance regarding our business location. We continue to operate at the same address on Old Fort Rd. Recently, I have received numerous inquiries and messages from individuals who appear to be confused about our location. I would like to assure our valued customers that it is business as usual here. I typically refrain from discussing sensitive topics on our page, but I feel it is necessary to address this situation. Prior to the holidays, the owner of Muttheads next to Kroger sold her shop to her groomers and renamed it using Pet Parlor as well. As we have been in operation 1.5 miles away since 2018, I had been referring clients to them when our schedule was full. I noticed a post indicating that the shop was under new ownership, with the same groomers and a similar name. I attempted to discuss this matter with them, as I was concerned it could potentially cause confusion among our customers, given our established presence in the community over the past eight years, including throughout the pandemic. Unfortunately, they terminated our conversation abruptly and stated they had no idea who I am, despite our businesses being in close proximity. As a result, I am posting this update to inform our customers of the situation, as I am unsure whether the new owners will clarify the distinction between our businesses. I am only sharing this information to ensure transparency and avoid any potential confusion. Thank you.

UPDATE: COOPER MADE IT! Foreign body removed and no signs of cancer!!
***Hi everyone on this snowy morning ❄️ . If I could ask for prayers , thoughts , well wishes for Cooper.. a long time Pet Parlor best friend. I have been grooming him since he was a puppy 10 years ago. As far as grooming I would say he wins the award for most improved boy , such a big sweetheart. He is having a life saving surgery this morning… our hearts our heavy , but I believe he can get through this and come back to see us soon.
