Got extra blankets or towels laying around??? I came across a post that a volunteer will be making a trip to Rebel Dogs Detroit the weekend after thanksgiving. I will be at the shop Monday-Friday 8-3ish. If you have anything to drop off, I will leave the back of my truck open. Let’s help keep some pups warm together!!

The #1 item we always need — blankets and towels!

These essentials help keep our dogs warm, dry, and cozy year-round. They don’t have to be new — we’re happy to take used ones in good condition (no rips or holes, please)! We also accept sheets, but no pillows.

Once again, it has been proven that I have the best customers in the whole world! My truck was so full that my friend that works with the food bank already came and emptied it out. Very soon after another good friend came with all of these toiletries! So far I have $170 in cash donations, but I’m going to turn into gift cards!

I will be here till about 4 o’clock today, but then I’m available tomorrow or Friday to pick up anything else that you would like to donate!

Want to hear something CRAZY! Not only is Saturday my appreciation day but it’s also my birthday!!! I’ve never been one that’s Big into celebrating my birthday, but things are changing as I get older.

This year all that I want is to fill the back of this truck up with food for people in need!

How can you help? Drop off some non perishables, any type of hygiene products, or even easier a Kroger gift card! I will also take cash donations and if you’d like my Venmo or PayPal, I can give you that as well because any money donated I will be taking to purchase gift cards to donate. I’m making this pretty easy for everybody.💕

🌟 The Groovy Pooch Food Drive! 🌟

I’m excited to share that The Groovy Pooch will be hosting a food drive to support the Saint Phillips Parish Food Pantry in Trenton! ❤️

The pantry does amazing work serving our entire community — you do not have to be a parish member to receive help. Let’s come together to support them and make sure everyone has what they need!

📍 Drop-off location: The Groovy Pooch 18840 Quarry rd Riverview
🕗 Hours: Monday–Wednesday, 8 AM–3 PM

If you’d like to make a donation after hours, please don’t hesitate to reach out — I’ll be happy to arrange a time. I live very close!

🚗 Need help getting your donation here?
I’ll also be available on Thursday and Friday for donation pickups if anyone doesn’t have transportation.

Let’s fill some boxes, spread some love, and make a difference together! 🐾💛

Anything non perishable is apreciated. Peanut butter and cereal are usually much needed along with ANY and all hygene items!

Please help. People will be struggling very soon. Let’s at least try to get ahead of it!
