Happy 11 Years, Shana! 🎉🐾📸

For 11 years, Shana has been keeping the clinic running while also reminding us all that yes… naked cats are actually adorable. 😹 From loving on every sphynx that walks through the door to somehow always managing to capture the perfect photo, she brings so much personality, talent, and fun to our team.

Cheers to 11 amazing years, countless memories, and probably thousands of pet photos later! ❤️🐶🐱📷

Happy Birthday to Kaitlyn!! 🎉🎂

The queen of the silliest jokes and the goofiest reactions known to mankind 😂 There’s never a dull moment with her around, and she always knows how to keep everyone laughing.

We hope your day is filled with laughs, snacks, and lots of fun 😅 Thanks for always keeping us entertained and making work more fun.

🎉🎂 Happy Birthday, Dr. Coston! 🎂🎉

Another year older, wiser… and still pretending every patient is “just a little dramatic” 😄

Thank you for your expert skills, your endless patience, and your ability to juggle 12 things at once while still remembering every pet’s name (and probably their owner’s life story too).

Here’s to more years of saving pets, handing out treats, and saying “we’ll just take a quick look” (we all know how that goes 😂)

Hope your day is filled with cake, caffeine, and plenty of well-deserved appreciation!

Happy Birthday! 🐾🎈

Veterinary receptionists are often the first voice you hear and the first smile you see—and they play a much bigger role than most people realize. They juggle phones that never stop ringing, coordinate busy appointment schedules, help guide worried pet parents, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. They’re a steady, compassionate presence on both the best days (new puppies and kittens!) and the hardest ones.

Their ability to stay calm, kind, and organized—no matter what the day brings—makes a huge difference for our team and for every pet and client who walks through our doors.

This week we want to give a special shoutout to Shana and Taylor. Your hard work, patience, and genuine care do not go unnoticed. We are so grateful to have you as part of our team 🤍🤍🤍

If you’ve ever had a great experience with our front desk, here is your chance to thank them!

Our phones are being silly! We are working on them now. Please leave a voicemail if you’re able to, so we can get back with you. Thanks for your patience! Happy Monday! Hope you have an amazing week!
