I am definitely the kind of person who likes to learn from mistakes and criticism. I know that life is ever evolving, and that we are all human and make mistakes. I am certainly guilty of that. Unfortunately, I don’t know who this is. I’ve gone through my text messages and emails and I don’t have any person who has this name. So if they happen to read this, please please please reach out to me. I’m not looking to change your mind, but I certainly would like to apologize for whatever anxiety I caused you.

Without sounding like I’m giving excuses, I’m going to give some excuses lol. In the last year and half, our 14 year old son has been diagnosed with a serious and rare heart condition. He spent nine days in a Pediatric Cardiology intensive care unit and the number of doctor appointments, check ups, procedures, etc., etc. that have follwed are beyond count. For anyone who has been in this position before, you know that it is and can be all consuming. On top of that, my father has been diagnosed with various very serious health issues of which I attend every appointment as his meducal advocate and I help with his daily care. To say that our lives have changed dramatically in the last 18 months would be the understatement of a lifetime.

For all of you who have been affected by this change in our lives, whether it be not enough pictures or slow to reply to messages, I am beyond sorry. Although our family issues have been serious, that should not make our customers feel like their Breeder is not paying attention to them or replying as quickly as they should. We have been breeding Ragdolls for almost 14 years and in all that time, this is the first time anyone has ever posted something negative about us. (Or at least that I’m aware of lol)

So please feel free to reach out to me directly if you would like to give some constructive criticism or even just vent. As a breeder, it is extremely important to me that all of our customers feel cared for, and that we never make them feel neglected. 💚🐾

Colin, aka Boots Magee, is my father’s ever present partner. My father is battling several illnesses right now and having “Boots” by his side has helped him tremendously. Ragdolls truly are the most loving and loyal companions. I am so grateful for this amazing breed .
