Happy International Cat Day! 🐾❤️

Today, we're celebrating the animals who bring so much love, laughter, comfort, and companionship into our lives.

But we're also celebrating YOU.

To everyone who has adopted a SpayMart cat...

To every foster family who has opened their home to a frightened kitten or an adult cat in need...

To every volunteer who has cleaned cages, folded laundry, answered phones, transported cats, or helped at a clinic...

To every donor who has made lifesaving medical care possible...

And to everyone who has ever shared one of our adoption or fundraising posts, helping a cat's story reach someone new...

Thank you.

Every cat who finds a loving home, receives lifesaving veterinary care, or gets a second chance is part of something much bigger than SpayMart. It's the result of a community of people who believe every cat deserves a second chance.

Today, we hope you'll celebrate your own feline family members with an extra treat, a favorite toy, or a few extra cuddles.

When Sprout came to SpayMart, he was too weak to stand.

Today, with patience, medical care, and a lot of encouragement, he's taking those first unsteady steps.

Thank you to everyone who has been following Sprout's journey and rooting for this determined little kitten. We promised we'd keep you updated, and we're so grateful we get to share moments like this with you.

Our shelves have been very busy this year, and now it's time to send some wonderful treasures off to their new homes before the holiday magic starts arriving.

Through August 31, you'll find 50–75% off select items throughout the store. That means beautiful home décor, artwork, vintage finds, collectibles, kitchen treasures, and more, all waiting for someone to fall in love with them.

Our cats have already started the "clean-up crew" (with varying degrees of helpfulness 🐱), and before long those shelves will be filling up with Christmas decorations, festive décor, and holiday treasures.

So come treasure hunting while the bargains are at their best - and remember, every purchase helps SpayMart rescue and care for cats in need.

Good news from Sprout! ❤️

This little fighter reached a big milestone.

For the first time since becoming critically ill, Sprout started to eat on his own.

It’s just a little bit of food. His feeding tube is still in place, and he still has a long road ahead. But after everything he’s been through, watching him choose to eat reminds us why we never give up.

Every day, Sprout grows a little stronger because of the extraordinary care he’s receiving, and because compassionate people like you make that care possible.

We’re not at the finish line yet, but we’re getting closer.

Sprout is fighting for his life. Will you fight with him?

Sprout is six months old and came to us weighing just 4 pounds. Emaciated, anemic, unable to walk or eat, non-responsive. He was dying.

We rushed him to our veterinarian and his life hung in the balance. We took a risk and began treatment, and slowly he responded. We saw light in his eyes again. He began to eat a little.

Sprout still has a long way to go and the outcome is uncertain, but we believe he wants to live and we're going to try and make that happen.

Can you donate to save Sprout? His veterinary bills are already at $3,000. Your gift in any amount will help us keep fighting for him.
