As the heat stays with us this week keep in mind with these hot temperatures it doesn’t take much for dog’s paw pads to blister or get burned.

Walking your pup in the early morning or later evening when the ground is much cooler will help reduce the chance of this!! 🐾🐶🤍

Silas and Rain🐾🐶

Silas is a 4 year old purebred Australian Shepherd and Rain is a 4 year old Australian Shepherd and Great Pyrenees mix!!

I have been grooming Rain for a year and a half and she recently gained a fur brother Silas 🥰 yesterday he had his first grooming appointment with his sister and did such a great job!!

These pups are headed to the beach this weekend for their summer vacation and got groomed just in time!☀️🏖️

Hi friends!!

I have gained a lot of new followers within the last couple of months I figured it would be a good time to reintroduce myself!

I’m Maddie, owner of The Grooming Barn! It has been 2 years since opening the shop and I have loved every minute of it! Prior to becoming a dog groomer I received my bachelors degree in Veterinary Technology. I had been working as a Veterinary Technician for 3 years at a local Veterinary Clinic before making a change. I’ve always had a love and passion for animals and all things business and wanted to bring them together! Having an amazing role model (my dad) has been a blessing. My shop is located in the small town of Richland, in the lower level of K&K Feeds which my Dad is the owner of! If you haven’t checked out their store front stop in sometime!

I am surrounded by truly the best support system, I would truly be lost without them🤍

When I’m not grooming dogs you can find me spending time with my boyfriend Brad and Valley his Australian Shepherd 🐾 along with spending time with my family and friends!
