No shows!!!
This week, we have had 4 no shows already…..
Saying “I forgot”, or “I wrote down the wrong date” is just not acceptable.
You have the date and time 4 different ways.
1. You text to make your appointment, the time and date are in our texts.
2. You receive an auto text when you book.
3. At 48 hours prior you receive a confirmation link and a reminder. YOU MUST CLICK THE LINK!
4. At 24 hours prior you receive yet another reminder.
That’s FOUR separate communications with date and time.
You simply cannot “forget”
All no shows owe 100% of their missed appointment to rebook, as well as a $25 deposit to hold their new appointment.
My staff works on commission. If you don’t show up, they sit there for HOURS waiting for their next appointment. We have a very long waitlist and could have easily filled the spot with ANY form of communication from you.
Please please please understand this is our job, our livelihood, how we pay our bills, feed our families, and survive.
