Hi everyone!
I cannot stress enough how quickly holiday appointments are booking, and when they are full, that’s it. We won’t be squeezing in and working 70-80 hour weeks like we did last holiday season.

PLEASE look at your calendar, and book your Halloween/thanksgiving/Christmas and Hanukkah appointments asap.

A few quick reminders for the salon.

#1 All dogs must enter and leave leashed.
While your dog may be extremely friendly and well behaved, not all other dogs are and we often have someone coming in while another is leaving. An open door, a nervous dog and no leash may lead to an escape, a fight, who knows.

#2 please DO NOT help yourself to open gates to let your dog out. You never know what other dogs are around, and we had two people open the gate last week to get their dog…and it wasn’t even their own dog, they had mistaken another dog for their own.

This just cannot happen.

Please be patient.
Please let us do our job safely.

Joey is an older guy that can’t jump, and has trouble standing, he likes to stay low to the ground, which means many many lifts and hands and knees grooming for 2-3 hours. If me being uncomfortable for 2 hours brings him comfort for 8-10 weeks it’s worth every second of it! Love you Joey!
