Good morning, friends, and welcome to our very first Sunday Shelter Spotlight 🐾

Each Sunday, we’ll be introducing you to a local no-kill shelter and highlighting a few of their adoptable pets who are looking for their forever homes.

This week, we’re featuring Happy Tails Animal Shelter of White County, located in Monticello. They are ran by volunteers and take in many of the stray animals found throughout White County. They work tirelessly to care for them and help them find loving homes.

Some of their current residents have been with them for years, which is truly heartbreaking. Every single one deserves a chance at a happy, loving life.

Good morning, friends, and welcome to this week’s Tail-Waggin’ Highlights — Saturday, May 2nd edition!

While April was our slowest month for boarding in quite some time, we really made the most of the extra time by getting several projects started—and even a few finished 😂. May is already picking up quite a bit, but we’ll still have time to wrap up some pretty special projects that we can’t wait to share with you all!

With gas prices on the rise, our trucks haven’t been out and about as much for spotting and entering our monthly contest—but don’t worry, I’ve decided to help you all out a bit! If I plan to be in a specific community, I’ll share our featured post on those community pages to give you a heads-up. Hint hint… I love community yard sales, so there’s a very good chance you might spot me at them. Good luck, friends, and happy spotting!

This week’s Small Business Spotlight goes to Crisi, owner of C. Leigh Photography. Not only is she my incredibly talented kiddo, but she’s also one of our favorite photographers here at the creek. Welcome to our very first Friday Snips & Clips! ✂️🐾

This will be taking the place of our Sunday Funday videos so we can start shining a spotlight on a local shelter each Sunday—something we’re really excited about!

Meet the lovely Polly, aka Polly Pocket… and as you can see, I think we all know how she got her name. 😉

Polly’s first stay with us started off a little fearful, but after a day or two she began to come out of her shell and truly blossomed. She turned out to be an amazing boarding guest and such a sweet, loving girl.

We absolutely loved getting to know you, sweetheart, and can’t wait to spend more time with you soon! 💕🐶

Good morning, friends! We’ve got a BIG treat for you today—meet our new buddy Ozzy!

This sweet boy came in ready for some serious pampering, and we were more than happy to deliver. At nearly 150 pounds, Ozzy is a whole lot of love wrapped up in one gentle, patient soul. He stood like a champ for three full hours while we worked our magic, and he couldn’t have been sweeter about it.

Ozzy, you cleaned up absolutely amazing and were such a joy to pamper. We can’t wait to see you again soon, big guy!
