The Jasper County Animal Shelter is overflowing with cats, and we need YOUR help!

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, every one of these cats has been spayed or neutered and is up to date on their vaccinations—at no additional cost to you! ❤️

Now all they need is a family to call their own. Some of these sweet cats have spent their entire lives in the shelter, waiting for someone to choose them. Let’s change that.

This week! Get your spot on the bus!

UPDATED Indiana spay neuter transport dates and locations for August 2026. To schedule your cat or dog for a surgery, please call our transport line at 317-675-0072 and leave a message. You can also visit our website at www.lowcostspayneuterindiana.org to complete an online submission form to start the appointment process. When you go to our website, you have to choose the transport button and "schedule transportation;" otherwise, you will be directed to choose between our Brownsburg or Noblesville clinics.
We do not transport for vaccines only; however, vaccinations can be done at the same time as a spay, neuter, or dental. We do not require an appointment for feral cats; therefore, you can bring up to 2 feral cats per day per person. Please keep in mind that for some transports we are booking out several months. Follow our page and website to stay updated on new and upcoming transports! We look forward to caring for your pets!

This handsome 1-year-old Labrador mix has been patiently waiting for his forever family. Brownie has been with us for 24 days and hasn’t had a single appointment—but we know his perfect match is out there!

Brownie is a happy-go-lucky guy who loves meeting new people and is always ready to make a new friend. He previously lived as a farm dog, so he’d be right at home in a country setting. The only catch? Chickens are a no-go for Brownie.

He’s dog selective, doing best with female dogs and respectful male dogs who match his easygoing personality.
