What I do here is show the dogs the human can be a good leader. Then I get them ready for life as a guardian. It’s an ancient way for the guardian. Most need the pack to survive life after here. They have to keep wolves, mountain lion, bears and coyote away from the animals. Sherman is now learning about pack life.

Sometimes it’s about finding friends here for the dogs. We all need friends sometimes.

Brad and Stetson have become close friends. It’s wonderful to see this.

Some new dogs from shelters and private people. They are progressing well a new friends are being made. Please help with this one of a kind rescue/rehab and sanctuary for guardian dogs. Thank you!

Blanco was sad for over a month. His family dropped him off at kill shelter after a fight with the family poodle who went after him. He has a friend now and is getting happy! It’s part of what I do. Maybe someone needs two guardians to watch the animas. Let me know!

Blanco is finally playing! He and Goliath are close friends now. Blanco had a tough start here but now he is doing great!

Thor is a dream dog and is looking for a good loving home. He was dropped off in a shelter during a divorce.

Thor needs a regular home! He is a great pet that is well trained and even good with cats. I will deliver him to West Coast. Thor is fixed and up to date with vaccinations.

Asteroid is amazing and making friends with Dexter.
