If you need to pick up medications, food, or other products, please call ahead whenever possible, ideally a few hours in advance.

Our reception team is constantly juggling phone calls, patient check-ins, client questions, and supporting the rest of our team. Calling ahead allows them the time they need to prepare your order while still giving their full attention to the clients and pets in front of them. This helps ensure your items are ready when you arrive!

Summer temperatures are soaring, and it's crucial to remember that leaving your furry friend in a hot car can be deadly. 🌡️❌

Even a minute is too long and cracking the windows won't make it safe either! ☀️❌ The temperature in a parked car can reach 120 degrees within minutes, so just a 10-minute stop may be dangerous. Opening the windows a few inches doesn't provide adequate cooling.

Let's prioritize their well-being by leaving your pets at home and out of hot cars.

Know the signs of heat stroke: panting, staring or stupor, breathing difficulty, an anxious expression, refusal to obey, warm dry skin, fever, rapid heartbeat, vomiting, diarrhea, seizures, and collapse.

🎆🐾 July is Lost Pet Month! 🐾🎆

Every year, animal shelters see a rise in lost pets around Independence Day as our furry friends get spooked by the loud fireworks. Their sensitive ears can’t handle the bangs, and frightened pets can run miles to escape the noise.

Prepare in advance:
🐾 Ensure your pets have updated ID tags.
🐾 Talk to your vet about microchipping for better chances of a reunion if your pet gets lost.
🐾 Verify that your microchip registry contact info is current.
🐾 Keep a recent photo of your pets.
🐾 Consult your vet about medication if your pet gets anxious.
🐾 Create a safe, quiet space for your pet indoors, with soothing music or TV.
