Meet Francis, a 5-year-old, 11-pound bundle of joy who is smart, silly, and ready to go home!

At Pets In Need, our mission is to keep pets healthy and with the families who love them. This month and every month, our clinics offer low-cost vaccines and preventive care to help pets live longer, healthier lives.

From core vaccines and rabies shots to microchipping and our new Leptospirosis protection, services are available weekly at both our Palo Alto and Redwood City clinics.

📍 Redwood City Community Veterinary Clinic — Every Thursday, 8:00 am – 3:30 pm (by appointment only)

From October 1-30, adoption fees are waived for dogs 50lbs and up — plus, you’ll get a free training session to help your new best friend feel right at home.

Launched in 2019 with the support from the Kalman Family, Cause for Big Paws saves large dogs from euthanasia in overcrowded shelters across the Central Valley, East Bay, and South Bay.

Happy tails! ✨ Wally and Eve, now Scout and Bug, are thriving in their new home. Their family shares:

“Scout and Bug love to play with each other and do almost everything together. We never know if a cuddle puddle will turn into a peaceful nap or a wrestling match… We even overheard the vet call them ‘the sweetest cats,’ which makes us very proud.” - Katherine and Ryan. 💛
