Cedar Rock Farm LLC Cedar Rock Farm LLC is a small family-run farm where we raise cows, chickens, pigs and care for a few horses that we enjoy. We do sell pigs and farm fresh eggs.

Our goal is to become more self-sufficient, and fully enjoy the beauty of farm life.

🌫️ It was a foggy morning on the farm…

The fog was so thick I could barely see across the pasture. Everything was quiet, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that someone was watching me through the fog. 👀

Then I saw him…

Buck. 🐴

Standing there in the middle of the fog, staring straight at me like he had been watching me the entire time.

I guess there was nothing mysterious watching me after all…

Today and this weekend was very productive! 🌳🚜

We were able to trim a few trees, mow a couple of pastures, and pick up boards, metal, and bricks from another pasture. We’re getting it cleaned up and ready for the livestock, as well as preparing it to be an arena.🐎

But honestly, the best part of it all is getting to do it together. ❤️ There’s something special about working alongside the one you love. You’re not just getting chores done—you’re making memories, enjoying each other’s company, and building something together.

Hard work is always a little sweeter when you have someone you love by your side. 🥰

Found another stack of bricks hiding out in one of the pastures we’ve been cleaning up! 🧱🌿

My farm hand—aka my granddaughter—helped me pick them up and get them restocked.

She’s one hard-working little farm girl! 💪🏼❤️

And she came up with the best quote of the day:

“If you live on a farm, you’re going to sweat.” 😂🌾

Well said, girl! That’s pretty much the farm motto around here! 🐴🐖🐓🌱

Mean Mommy is starting to look a little more pregnant! 🐷💕

She’s officially two weeks out today, and that belly is definitely giving us a little preview of what’s to come!

She’s looking good, and we’re getting excited around here for some brand-new little piglets! 🐖🐖❤️

🌧️ We were outside picking up some limbs when we looked up and realized the rain was coming! 😳🌧️

We quickly decided the limbs could wait and made a run for shelter. 😂

Now we’re sitting back, watching it rain and waiting for it to pass.

Sometimes the farm chores just have to wait on Mother Nature! 🌧️🌳🐴
