🌞🐴 That’s a wrap on the 3rd Summer Showdown! 🐴🌞

A HUGE thank you to all of the exhibitors who came out to show with Rayville Saddle Club today! We appreciate every one of you for spending your Saturday with us, bringing your horses, and helping make Summer Showdown such a fun day. We hope you had as much fun as we did! ❤️

It is just about show time!! If you haven't pre-entered for the Summer Showdown Performance on August 29 or the Summer Showdown Need for Speed on August 30, please go to www.summitshowsystems.com to do so. You can pay online or at the entry booth. Pre-entries help us in the Entry Booth! You will be able to register the day of the show.

If you have not uploaded your coggins, be sure to bring a copy with you so that the office can get it uploaded for you.

Saturday, August 29, 2026, will be the last day to pay your sponsor fee to be eligible for 2026 Year-end High Point. This fee MUST be paid when you check-in. If you are uncertain if you have paid your sponsor fee, please let us know and we will check our records.

If you have any questions, please let us know. Otherwise, we look forward to seeing you on Saturday and Sunday.

Ps. A new way to pay is coming! With the new program, we are able to easily integrate with Square. I am in the process of finalizing those details, so you will soon see that as a payment option in Summit!

If you have already turned in sponsorships, please take a minute to log into your Summit profile and double-check that your sponsors have been recorded and linked to your account.

🐴 While you’re there, please also verify your nominations! Make sure the correct horse/rider combinations are listed for nomination so we can get any issues corrected ahead of time.

I will also pull together an exported list of the sponsorships and nominations we currently have recorded and post it for everyone to review.

If you notice something missing or incorrect, please let us know so we can get it taken care of.
